Awarded to applicants who are transitioning out of military service or shifting careers due to burnout or injury. Includes career-change support and ongoing check-ins to ensure successful integration into the field.

Aimed at increasing representation in the industry by supporting students from underrepresented backgrounds who have historically had less access to wellness careers. May be connected to broader community outreach initiatives.
