If you need to cancel or change your appointment for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. There is no charge for cancelling prior to your appointment date. Same-day cancellations are subject to a 50% fee, and no shows are subject to a 100% fee, for all scheduled services. We charge a fee because staff were ready and waiting and other clients were turned away.
Only children receiving treatments are allowed at the spa. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Children under age 5 are not allowed at the spa for any reason.
Pets and service animals must be well-behaved and not disturb other clients.
We do not allow anyone who is sick, or anyone who is at high risk of becoming sick, to visit the spa under any circumstances. We put the health of our clients and staff above all.
If you are sick or recently exposed, please contact us as soon as possible. Call or text us and we will cancel your appointment immediately and try to fill your spot. If we do, we will waive any same-day cancellation fees.
Refunds are not given for any reason. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please let us know during your visit and we will make it right. We cannot guarantee results, but we will perform all treatments to industry standard and go out of our way to help you enjoy your experience and achieve your goals.
Discounts are not allowed. The student massage is already discounted 50% off compared to Spa One regular prices. Member discounts do not apply to student massage.
Gratuity is appreciated and goes to the school to help improve the student's educational experience. Each cohort of students gets to decide how the money is spent. Students are not allowed to accept gratuity directly by Utah Law.

Students must complete 300+ hours of training and be approved by all of their instructors before they are allowed to massage clients. All student massages are supervised by a Licensed Massage Therapist Supervisor who will observe and instruct our students during your treatment.
All students offer Swedish massage. As they advance, they may offer additional modalities such as Deep Tissue, Prenatal, etc. Each student is at a different stage. If you are interested in a specific modality, please call to make sure we get you with the right student.
Your massage will last a full 60, 90, or 120 minutes. It will include complementary aromatherapy, hot stones, snacks and private room. Enjoy all the benefits of a full service luxury spa at a fraction of the cost.
All clients are required to complete a brief exit survey before they leave. This helps the students learn and grow. We appreciate your honest assessment.
