 If you need to cancel or change your appointment for any reason,  please let us know as soon as possible. There is no charge for  cancelling prior to your appointment date. Same-day cancellations are  subject to a 50% fee, and no shows are subject to a 100% fee, for all  scheduled services. We charge a fee because staff were ready and waiting  and other clients were turned away. 

Only children receiving treatments are allowed  at the spa. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Children under age 5  are not allowed at the spa for any reason.

Pets and service animals must be well-behaved and not disturb other clients. 

 Discounts and benefits begin the minute you join. You must have an  active membership or be designated as +one to enjoy benefits. You must  observe all policies and maintain a payment card on file to maintain  active membership status. Membership automatically renew on the  anniversary date.  We  do not allow anyone who is sick, or anyone who is at high risk of  becoming sick, to visit the spa under any circumstances. We put the  health of our clients and staff above all.

If you are sick or recently exposed, please contact us as soon as possible. Call or text us and we will cancel your appointment immediately and try to fill your  spot. If we do, we will waive any same-day cancellation fees. 

  Refunds are not given for any reason. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please let us know during your visit and we will make it right. We cannot guarantee results, but we will  perform all treatments to industry standard and go out of our way to  help you enjoy your experience and achieve your goals. 

 Discounts  may not be combined unless otherwise stated and are subject to  restrictions and expiration dates as set forth in writing. 

We will honor prices set forth in writing. We reserve the right to correct any unintentional errors that may occur.
