All students have completed over 300 hours of training before they are allowed to begin student massage clinics. All student massages are supervised by a Licensed Massage Therapist Supervisor who will observe and instruct students during your treatment.
All students offer Swedish massage, aromatherapy, hot stones, and hot compresses. As they advance, they may offer additional modalities such as Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal, and more. Each student progresses at a different rate, so services vary from student to student.
Your massage will include a full 60-90-120 minutes of hands-on massage. You will also enjoy a luxurious spa setting with complementary tea and snacks, aromatherapy, hot stones, and your own private room.
All clients are required to complete a brief exit survey before they leave. This helps the students learn and grow. We appreciate your honest assessment.
Yes, and your generosity is greatly appreciated. Under Utah law Utah Code § 58-47b-301(2)(c), massage students may not personally accept tips or other forms of compensation. However, we have set up the Massage Life Academy Grants & Scholarships Fund and 100% of all tips go into this fund to help students finance their education. Your tips make a huge difference!
