Massage Life Academy is hiring a full-time administrator to oversee each student’s experience from tour to graduation. This position combines admissions, student advising, account management, staff supervision, and daily school operations. 

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly: $24-$34 per hour
• Quarterly raise and bonus opportunities
• Part-time W-2 employment (20-30 hours per week)
• Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (may include split shifts mornings/evenings)
• 3-5 days a week as needed
• Most weekends and holidays off

 Responsibilities

• Conduct school tours, follow up with prospective students, and manage enrollment
• Build strong student relationships from admission through graduation
• Advise students regarding academics, attendance, financial aid and payment options, licensing, and careers
• Manage student accounts, records, documentation, and communications
•  Supervise instructors’ schedules, administrative performance, communication, and policy compliance in coordination with the School Director 
• Coordinate classes, clinics, meetings, and other daily school operations
• Identify student or staff concerns early and work with school leadership to resolve them
• Assist with other administrative responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience managing employees, customers, students, clients, or accounts
• Comfortable conducting tours, discussing financial matters, enforcing policies, and resolving concerns
• Dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and able to maintain appropriate confidentiality and boundaries
• Management, admissions, education, financial-aid, account-management, or student-services experience preferred
• Current Utah Massage Therapy License with 3+ years of hands-on experience is helpful but not required (this is an administrative position)

Massage Life Academy is hiring part-time Massage Therapy Instructors to teach and support students as they prepare for professional careers in massage therapy.

Compensation and Schedule

• $27–$35 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
• Part-time W-2 employment
• Scheduled AM and/or PM classes (9:00 AM-1:00 PM and/or 6:00 PM-10:00 PM)
• Paid preparation, grading, meetings, and clinic-supervision time
• Most weekends and holidays off

Responsibilities

• Prepare and teach assigned massage-therapy classes
• Provide clear demonstrations and hands-on instruction
• Supervise student clinics and maintain professional standards
• Evaluate practical skills, grade assignments, and document student progress
• Communicate academic, attendance, and performance concerns to school leadership
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and consistently enforce school policies

Qualifications

• Active Utah massage-therapy license in good standing
• At least three years of hands-on experience as a massage therapist
• Strong practical knowledge and communication skills
• Dependable, organized, prepared, and comfortable providing direct feedback
• Teaching or clinic-supervision experience preferred

Massage Life Academy invites accomplished massage professionals to share their knowledge, experience, and encouragement with future massage therapists. Engagements are scheduled in advance and may range from occasional mentoring to guest or substitute instruction.
