Massage Life Academy is seeking several skilled, passionate, and knowledgeable Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team and help educate the next generation of massage professionals. This is a fulfilling opportunity for experienced therapists who want to give back to the profession, reduce the physical demands of hands-on massage work, and elevate their careers through teaching. 

Position Overview:

This role begins with a paid, 8-week instructor training program, including observation and mentorship with experienced faculty. After certification, instructors teach 2-hour classes Monday–Thursday during the morning, afternoon, or evening. The school is closed on weekends and holidays exept by appointment.

Requirements:

• Valid Utah Massage Therapy License
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a licensed massage therapist
• Strong knowledge of massage-related subjects (anatomy, physiology, technique, ethics, etc.)
• Clear communication skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring students
• No teaching experience required — we’ll train the right candidate!

Compensation & Benefits:

• $24/hour (after completing certification)
• Free, paid 8-week teacher training and certification
