Our Mission

Our mission is to provide a top-notch education for those with a passion to positively change the world around them through massage therapy, and empower individuals from every walk of life to thrive in a career they love.

Our History

Massage Life began in 2017 and has since delivered over 40,000 massages and received over 3,000 5-star reviews. With this experience, we received necessary approvals and licensures and began teaching students in 2023. We're now a leading massage school with smaller classes, scholarship opportunities, pay-as-you-go financing, work experienced in a professional spa, and a 100% success rate with our students.

Our Approvals / Licensures

Our curriculum has been approved by Utah's Division of  Occupational and Professional Licensing (DOPL).

REGISTERED UNDER THE UTAH POSTSECONDARY PROPRIETARY SCHOOL ACT (Title 13, Chapter 34, Utah Code). Registration under the Utah Postsecondary Proprietary School Act does not mean that the State of Utah supervises, recommends, nor accredits the institution. It is the student's responsibility to determine whether credits, degrees, or certificates from the institution will transfer to other institutions or meet employers' training requirements. This may be done by calling the prospective school or employer. The institution is not accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education.

I always knew I wanted to help people in a different approach to the medical field, especially growing up with a dad that was an MD. He was different from most doctors, he used herbs and acupuncture. I knew I was meant for an alternative as well. I was also intrigued with the brain and how it works both psychologically and physically which led me to massage school and craniosacral therapy. I learned in school that massage therapy is so much more than just feeling good but a way to facilitate and help the body’s natural way of healing. I graduated from Renaissance College of Massage Therapy in 2019 and have been practicing massage for over 5 years. I’m specialized in lymphatic massage, Swedish, deep tissue, and craniosacral therapy (Upledger Institute certified). I teach:

  • Deep Tissue I
  • Modality Appreciation
  • Composite Massage

Years later I was experiencing a great deal of stress, and my doctor strongly encouraged some life changes. I was gifted a massage by my brother. Halfway through the massage I asked the massage therapist how stressful his job was. I enrolled in massage school that day. I graduated from Utah College of Massage Therapy for both their Professional Massage Therapist program and their Master Bodyworker program in 2011. I have practiced massage for over 14 years. I specialize in headache pain management (migraine release), medical massage, myofascial release, injury, trigger point, and craniosacral therapy. I teach:

We had a massage therapist come as a guest speaker, and he demonstrated how to help relieve headache pain through massage. I thought that was wonderful and decided being a massage therapist would be a good career for me. I attended school at the Apollo College in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Best decision ever! I received my massage therapy certification through UCMT, and my Associate’s (Psychology) and Bachelor’s (Rehabilitation Sciences/Physical Therapy) degrees at Weber State University. I’m a total nerd for anatomy. My poor friends and family get punished with a long explanation every time they ask me a simple question about anything body-related. I specialize in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports therapy, and post-injury work. I teach:
