Massage Life Academy's mission is to provide the best massage therapy education money can buy--without burdening our students with long-term debt. We help students from all walks of life achieve their dreams, build life-long careers, and create positive change that lifts themselves and the world around them.
Massage Life began in 2017 as a small, passionate massage spa dedicated to helping people feel their best. Over the years, our team delivered more than 40,000 massages and earned over 3,000 glowing reviews from our clients. Our love for the craft naturally evolved into something bigger — the desire to train the next generation of massage professionals. In 2023, we became Massage Life Academy, officially approved as a college of massage therapy. Since then, we’ve proudly maintained a 100% success rate: every graduate has completed the program, passed the MBLEx exam, and become a licensed massage therapist in Utah.

Our comprehensive curriculum covers a wide range of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage. Students also learn about anatomy, physiology, and business practices, preparing them for a successful career in massage therapy.
Our goal is simple: we train massage therapists we’d hire ourselves. This commitment to excellence opens doors for our graduates—leading to better opportunities, higher earnings, and competitive perks like signing bonuses and tuition reimbursement.

Massage Life Academy welcomes students of all races, religions, nationalities, genders and gender identities, sexual orientations, and ethnic origins. We proudly support the LGBTQIA+ community and we're committed to fostering a culture of respect, acceptance, and opportunity.

Our curriculum has been approved by Utah's Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing (DOPL).

My journey into massage therapy began with a focus on finding a balance between my family responsibilities and career aspirations. Raising my children was my top priority, so I needed a profession that offered flexibility and reasonable pay. Massage therapy appealed to me because it provided an efficient, affordable path to a rewarding career while also aligning well with my needs and learning style. I graduated from Myotherapy College in 2007. I currently oversee:

Years later I was experiencing a great deal of stress, and my doctor strongly encouraged some life changes. I was gifted a massage by my brother. Halfway through the massage I asked the massage therapist how stressful his job was. I enrolled in massage school that day. I graduated from Utah College of Massage Therapy for both their Professional Massage Therapist program and their Master Bodyworker program in 2011. I have practiced massage for over 14 years. I specialize in headache pain management (migraine release), medical massage, myofascial release, injury, trigger point, and craniosacral therapy. I teach:

Best decision ever! I received my massage therapy certification through UCMT, and my Associate’s (Psychology) and Bachelor’s (Rehabilitation Sciences/Physical Therapy) degrees at Weber State University. I’m a total nerd for anatomy. My poor friends and family get punished with a long explanation every time they ask me a simple question about anything body-related. I specialize in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports therapy, and post-injury work. I teach:
