Upon graduation, students will be educated and competent in the occupation of Massage Therapy; providing safe and effective massage therapy, along with a set of life-long skills  and techniques, and a passion for this beautiful, healing art. Self care and career longevity are big focuses and encouraged for students and staff alike. 

We offer flexible schedules to meet your needs, so you can continue to work, maintain a family, and keep balance in your life. Choose from these class times (Monday-Friday):

• AM Class 8:00am-2:00pm - fast track schedule starts 1/20/2025 and finishes in 21 weeks.
• PM Class 6:00pm-10:00pm - regular track starts 1/20/2025 and finishes in 28 weeks.
• Afternoon Class 12:00pm-4:00pm - regular track starts 4/2025 and finishes in 28 weeks.

The academy is open on Saturdays and Sundays by appointment only, for tours, meetings with advisors, make up days, and tutoring. The academy is closed the week of all major holidays.

Our program includes 628 clock hours over 21-28 weeks (not including holiday weeks). The programs includes 100 hours of hands-on clinic experience which also counts as work experience as you will work and gain experience in a professional spa. 

Upon completion, you'll be prepared with all essential knowledge and skills to provide safe and effective massage therapy, we will help you prepare and pass all state exams, and help you obtain your Utah massage therapy license. 

We will also help you transition into the market working for yourself, joining a company, or continuing your education. Whatever your goal, we are here to help you achieve it.

Students enjoy smaller class sizes of up 8 students per class. This gives students one-on-one time with instructors for an optimal learning experience. We have many instructors with a vast amount of experience each specializing in areas they teach. Get to know our instructors here. 

Our campus is located in the same building as Spa One (our sister company), so you can immerse yourself in a real spa atmosphere and learn from real seasoned professionals. You will learn how spas operate and how to start a business of  your own. This gives you a competitive advantage entering the marketplace, as you will have 100 hours of work experience and a letter of recommendation from both instructors and spa management.

The cost of our program is $12,265. This includes everything you need to become a licensed massage therapist, except for your MBLEx test ($265) and state fees ($80). Here's a breakdown: 

• Tuition ($11,635)
• Registration fee ($150)
• Starter Kit: textbooks, oil bottle and holster, loaner massage table and sheets, uniform and name tag, and ABMP Membership and perks ($480)

This is by far the most popular payment plan; most students choose this option. 

Pay tuition in two installments, and save $1,000 on tuition. The first installment of $5,317 is due one week before classes start, and the second installment of $5,318 is due one week before the seventh class starts. With the early payment option, you pay only $10,635 in total tuition.

Pay for classes as you take them. There are 14 classes in all; pay just $895 per class. If you are on an AM/PM schedule, you will likely take one or two classes concurrently. If you are on the fast-track schedule, you may take up to three classes concurrently. Tuition is due one week before classes start. There are no added fees or interest charges for paying as you go.

If you apply and are hired by Spa One, our sister-spa located in the same building, the spa will reimburse up to $4,800 in tuition over 48 months. This means you will get a $100/month tuition reimbursement for 48 consecutive months as long as you remain employed with the company and and maintain a schedule of 20 hours or more per week.

A scholarship is a financial award given to a student to help cover the costs of education, such as tuition, books, and fees. Scholarships are usually awarded based on academic achievement, athletic ability, financial need, or other talents or characteristics. Unlike student loans, scholarships do not require repayment.
